How to Return an Item
Step 1

Email us at emmanuelokonkwo993@gmail.com or WhatsApp +234 703 452 2617 with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2
Pack Your Item
Securely repack the item(s) in original packaging where possible. Include all tags, accessories, and your order number inside.
Step 3
Ship It Back
Drop off at your nearest courier. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt until your refund is confirmed.
Step 4
Refund Processed
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Policy Details
Return Window+
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items+
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, earrings, and sale items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned. Customised or personalised items are also non-returnable.
Damaged or Wrong Items+
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free collection and replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Method+
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take 5–7 business days. Paystack refunds typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges+
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired size or colour.
Return Shipping Cost+
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked courier service.
